Standard shipping €5.90  
Free shipping on orders over €100

EU Countries:

Standard shipping €13.90

We currently ship to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

*Orders are charged without German VAT. Prices shown in the shop are net prices.

Delivery Times:

Germany: 3–5 business days.  
EU countries: 5–8 business days.

Delivery Location Disclaimer:

If you choose a designated delivery location with the shipping provider during checkout (e.g. hallway, terrace, garage), delivery is made at your own risk.
As soon as the shipping provider leaves the parcel at the chosen location, it is considered delivered.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for loss or theft in these cases and cannot offer a replacement shipment.

Shipping Provider:

Orders are shipped with DHL / Deutsche Post.

Tracking:

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link via email.

Returns (Right of Withdrawal):

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. We do this to encourage awareness of shipping routes and help reduce unnecessary returns.

Refunds for returned items, excluding shipping costs, will be processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the return at our logistics center. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

We will then provide you with a return form so we can properly identify your shipment.

If you would like to return your order, please note the following:

1. Print the return form (provided by us via email)

Please fill it out and include it with your return shipment so we can properly identify your return.

2. Packaging and condition of the goods

Please package the items carefully to avoid transport damage. Ideally, use the original box and packaging materials provided by us. Please ensure that returned items are unused and in their original condition so we can issue a full refund. Items returned damaged or used cannot be refunded.

3. Reporting transport damage or obvious defects

If you notice any obvious defects, transport damage, or damage to the goods upon delivery, please notify us in writing via email at info@this-is-delulu.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Ideally, include photos of the damage and your order number so we can review the case quickly.

After this period, we may no longer be able to process complaints regarding obvious transport damage or defects.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

4. Return postage

Please ensure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped. For unpaid or insufficiently stamped returns, DHL penalty fees of €15 will be deducted from your refund.

We also recommend using insured shipping. This allows you to track your return shipment and ensures that your parcel is insured in the event of loss by the shipping provider.
