Where do you ship to and what does shipping cost?
We currently only ship within Germany.
Shipping costs are €5.90. For orders over €100, shipping is free.
Your order will be processed quickly and usually shipped within 2–3 business days, so it arrives promptly.

Your order will be processed quickly and usually shipped within 2–3 business days – so it reaches you as soon as possible.
Shipping from Germany is reliably handled by DHL. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number so you can always see where your package is.

Can I return my order?
Of course, you can return your items easily and conveniently within 14 days.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, used cutting boards are excluded from returns.

How sustainable are your products?
Our products are made from recycled materials and are manufactured using a zero-waste process.
Fabric offcuts are consistently reused to minimize waste and efficiently utilize resources.
Are your products tested or certified?
Our products comply with the stringent requirements of the EU (1935/2004, EU 10/2011) as well as the FDA Food-Contact Standards.
Unlike many other manufacturers, we have both our materials and our finished products regularly independently tested by certified laboratories.
In addition, our products are tested according to European standards, which in many areas are stricter than the pure FDA requirements.

Our products are manufactured in Asia. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and at a fair price.
